What We
Offer
01
Initial Mental Health Assessments
Clients can expect to receive a mental health assessment on their initial visit. This is not the same thing as a mental health evaluation which is typically conducted by a MD or a psychologist. This assessment is an opportunity to discuss your unique needs and concerns with your therapist and begin to make a plan.
03
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Our ACT therapist has received training and continues to receive ongoing peer consultation to provide quality care from this therapeutic approach. This approach emphasizes the importance of learning to accept unwanted thoughts and feelings and commit to value based actions in our lives in order to reduce suffering.
05
Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR)
EMDR is a specific type of psychotherapy that enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress resulting from disturbing life experiences. Using the detailed protocols and procedures learned in EMDR therapy training sessions, our clinician helps clients activate their natural healing processes.
02
Individual Therapy
We currently offer therapy services to individuals that are 18 years of age or older. In this type of therapy there is typically one person working with their therapist on their identified treatment goals.
04
Trauma Informed Therapy
Our therapists have been trained to work with individuals who have experienced traumatic stress, trauma, and abuse in their lives. We offer therapeutic interventions that are evidence based and demonstrated effective in helping individuals heal and recover from trauma and PTSD.
06
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Our therapists work with a number of EAP providers to ensure that individuals are able to access mental health care that is often provided at no cost to the client through their employer. EAP sessions address a number of work related and personal stressors that may be negatively impacting a client's mental health.
